Bioluminescent Bays PR is an independent guide and directory to Puerto Rico's three bioluminescent bays. We do not operate tours, own or manage any bay, or process bookings ourselves. When you book a tour, you are entering into an agreement directly with the tour operator, not with us.

We work to keep prices, schedules, and operator details current, and we date-stamp the information we publish. Tour operators change prices and policies without notifying us. Always confirm current pricing, availability, and requirements directly with the operator before you rely on anything published here.

No liability for third-party services

We are not responsible for the conduct, safety practices, cancellations, refunds, or any other aspect of a tour booked with a third-party operator. Any dispute about a tour itself is between you and that operator.

Intellectual property
