What we checked, and what we did not

Starting price, taken from the operator or their booking system, tour type, duration, departure point, San Juan pickup, booking platform, whether swimming is part of the tour, and the credentials the operator claims: a DRNA bay permit at Vieques, Coast Guard licensing at La Parguera, Puerto Rico Tourism Company endorsement where it applies.
Checked by API, not by search
Which operators sell through Viator. Product titles there never name the operator and several companies register under a legal or former name, so we queried Viator's Partner API on July 19, 2026 across 91 suppliers and 89 bio bay products. 7 have a listing, out of the 13 entries that existed then; anything added since is unchecked. That check overturned two claims this site had made on search evidence alone.

What "found" counts
Companies somebody here actually checked, not every company that exists. It moves only when someone does the work: four La Parguera companies sat outside it until September 2026, and researching them added three entries and one to the held-back list.
Why four are held back
Three publish no price of their own anywhere we could find, and one of those is quoted at three different prices across undated reviews. The fourth has a business-name history we could not confirm. Held back means we cannot describe them accurately yet, not that we think they are bad.
